The most universal means to solve our problem is to install and configure a virtual private network (VPN) on a separate server in a country where there is no Internet censorship. To your server with VPN you can connect any stationary and mobile computers and, moreover, many models of routers.
What other options are there to bypass site blockages:
Using a browser with a built-in virtual private network (VPN) service);
Installing a VPN plugin (extension) for your browser;
Using online anonymizers;
Anonymous network and tor browser;
Install your own VPN on a remote foreign server.
You may have to test several of these methods, but in the end you will probably find the most convenient, safe and comfortable option to bypass the blocking of sites.
