I passed out of Aerospace Engineering from a local backwater college in 2014. Went through the usual GATE/JAM Combo. Qualified but couldn't get a decent seat in any of the interviews I attended. So, naturally wanted to go abroad and did part time work to earn money (Nothing related to the field). Saved some and got a scholarship from a University in the UK and finished my Masters in 2018.
But, since the visa regulations were a nightmare had to come back home. Started the same old process again if applying to companies, attending interviews but still unsuccessful. Meanwhile, pursued 2 post graduate certifications from IGNOU in Geoinformatics and Land surveying.
Honestly losing interest in the Aerospace Field now. Going to write the GATE exam again now half heartedly. Any suggestions on any other options I can go for in case I don't make it in GATE this time?
