How to tell if you do have an additional Yahoo Email from ATT

To start the password reset process, open your regular-used web browser on your respective device.

There, in the search bar, paste this ‘www.att.net’ link and hit the ‘Enter’ button to visit the ‘ATT Yahoo’ website’s homepage.

Once you reach on the site, locate either the ‘Sign-in’ or ‘Mail’ option to click on the same.

In doing so, you’ll be directed onto the official sign-in page of ATT email service.

There, you’ve to first enter your ATT account’s email address in the required ‘User ID’ text field.

Then, you’ve to simply skip the ‘Password’ text field and instead of that click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link to further direct yourself onto the ‘ATT Password Recovery Methods Page.’

Being there, you’ll be offered with the following three methods by ATT—

Method 1: Recovery Email address

Method 2: Registered Phone Number

Method 3: Answer Security Question

Greetings,
J Wick

It is important to determine if you have a merged email account or not. The merged email account if :

  • If You do log in with your account at ATT using your Yahoo email address, you will be able to sign in with your Yahoo email

  • If you use ATT Login credentials to sign in to the Yahoo Mail account

  • If you're able to sign in using either your Yahoo mail address or ATT Mail address

  • If you do get emails along with messages sent from both Yahoo and ATT Email addresses

  • If you are using the same password for both your accounts

  • If you reset the password on one, but it changes the password of both accounts

  • If you open Yahoo, but it redirects you to My ATT Page.'

Know about the various ways How to separate yahoo email from AT&T?
