Google offers a diverse selection of applications to ensure a smooth experience for its users. If you have Outlook and Gmail, your inbox will automatically forward messages.

The following are the steps required to forward emails from Outlook to Gmail:

Launch the Microsoft Outlook Web App.

To access the settings, select the "Settings" icon.

Click the "Options" button.

Tap on "Organize email."

Click the "Inbox rules" button.

To add more, click the plus sign.

To create a replacement rule for incoming messages, click the "Create a replacement rule" button.

Select "Apply to all messages" from the menu.

Choose the "More Options" option.

To forward, redirect, or send an email, click the button.

In the final step, press the "Forward the message to" button.

Enter the Gmail address you want to use.

To save the rule, click the "OK" button.
