Dyslexia symptoms

Sometimes the symptoms of dyslexia and dyscalculia can occur in the same person. Other students may show excellent reading and writing skills but poor math skills, and vice versa. Like dyslexics, dyscalculics often number dyslexia symptoms strategies such as rote learning, using other people's help, and, of course, a pocket calculator. Such compensatory strategies are designed to hide learning difficulties from prying eyes. In general, there are far fewer prying eyes on the difficulties of dyscalculi than on dyslexics, so their strategies usually work.
