Rockin' Robin Animation Project - It was developed around the 1950's Rock and Roll type of music, using Bobby Day's song Rockin Robin as the music for the animation.  The project was aimed to introduce 4-6 year old youngsters to a genre of music in 30 seconds. What Bird Is Mentioned in the Song Rockin Robin? All picture research for the project is taken from 1950's popular culture, with the concentration on the teenage and young adult popular culture at the period.  All the 3D figures are styled so that their appearance is analogous to a 2D 1950's cartoon character that has stepped out of a 2D cartoon into a 3D reality!
