Is It Possible to Get Help with In-Person Exams?

Hey everyone, I’ve been really stressed about an upcoming exam that I don’t feel prepared for at all. Has anyone ever thought, "Can I pay someone to take my exam in person?" I’m not sure if this is even an option or how it works. If you’ve got any advice or tips on handling exam anxiety, please share!
