Here’s a set of clever and unusual riddles that are sure to make you think. I speak without a mouth and hear without ears. I have no body, but I come alive with wind. The answer is an echo. The more of this there is, the less you see, it’s darkness. I’m taken from a mine and shut in a wooden case, never released, yet almost everyone uses me. That’s pencil lead. I’ve also collected some tricky riddles with answers that are short, witty, and surprising, like a keyboard that has keys but no locks, or the word “ton,” which is heavy forward but not backward.
