rsvsr Tips for GTA Online Weekly Bonuses and New Mission

Los Santos doesn't stop surprising people. Even now, with GTA Online getting fresh content all the time, single-player fans have something worth talking about too. A custom script has turned the old co-op mission “A Safehouse in the Hills” into a proper solo job for Michael, and it fits better than you'd expect. It doesn't feel like some messy mod stitched together over a weekend. It plays more like a mission that somehow got left out of the base game and quietly returned years later. If you still spend time in story mode, or even browse things like cheap GTA 5 Modded Accounts while keeping up with the wider GTA scene, this kind of project is a reminder that the game still has life in it.

Big money in this week's event

On the online side, Rockstar has gone all in on the current 420 event, and the reward boosts are hard to ignore. The standout is “Smoke on the Water” Legal Work, which is paying a huge 10x GTA$ and RP. That's not the sort of bonus you see every week, so players trying to stack cash fast should be jumping on it straight away. After that, there's 2x money and RP on Counterfeit Cash sell missions, Street Dealer weed sales, and the Community Race Series. There's also a weekly challenge tied to Hunting Pack (Get Lamar). Win it twice and you'll walk away with a GTA$100,000 bonus plus the Guffy Drug Rug Hoodie, which is a nice extra if you're already in the playlist anyway.

Discounts that actually matter

Once the money starts rolling in, there's at least a decent set of things to spend it on. Counterfeit Cash Factories and their upgrades are down by 40%, which makes them much easier to justify if you've been putting that business off. The Smoke on the Water Money Front is discounted by 50%, so that's probably the headline purchase for anyone leaning into the weekly theme. Vehicle deals are solid too, with 30% off the Enus Deity, Progen Itali GTB, and Grotti Cheetah. If you'd rather not buy a car outright, there are still the usual event rewards to chase. Finish in the top two at the LS Car Meet for three days in a row and the Truffade Adder is yours. Over at the Diamond Casino, the prize wheel is offering the Vulcar Warrener HKR this week.

Free gear and old-school ways to unwind

The Gun Van is worth a visit as well. You can pick up a baseball bat for free, and the Battle Rifle has been cut by 50%. GTA+ members get even more out of it, with a free stun gun and 70% off body armour, which honestly isn't a bad little bundle if you're always burning through supplies. Still, not everyone logs in just to grind businesses and shoot through lobbies for hours. Sometimes the best part of GTA is doing something slower. A round of golf out in the hills, or a full triathlon across the map, still works as a break from the usual noise. And if you're the kind of player who likes mixing event rewards with extra help from services such as RSVSR for game currency or useful items, this week gives you plenty of reasons to jump back in and stay busy.
