We have been using cross-docking for our retail consolidation, but the facility we are working with keeps adding extra fees for things like priority handling and after-hours work. The costs are adding up and the turnaround times are not even that fast. We need a partner that offers transparent pricing and can actually move shipments through quickly without surprise charges.
