Unlike traditional phone systems that require physical lines and hardware, VoIP operates over the internet, allowing users to make and receive calls from any device connected to the internet—whether it's a desktop computer, laptop, smartphone, or dedicated VoIP phone. This flexibility is particularly advantageous for businesses with remote or mobile employees, as it enables seamless communication regardless of location. Additionally, VoIP systems can easily scale with business growth, accommodating more users and locations without the need for extensive infrastructure upgrades. VoIP also offers a wide range of features that enhance productivity and communication efficiency. These include voicemail-to-email transcription, call forwarding, virtual receptionists Video Conferencing Systems, conference calling, and integration with other business applications such as customer relationship management (CRM) software. These features not only streamline communication processes but also improve customer service capabilities by ensuring that calls are routed efficiently and promptly attended to.

Most modern ij.start.canon printers will have Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth, or require you to download a printer app to your phone. This allows you to send a document from your phone to a printer wirelessly. If your printer has none of these features, you will need to connect your phone to the printer using a USB cable
