Where Can I Play Winning Eleven 2012 on Mobile?

I’d love to Play Winning Eleven 2012 on my Android device, but I’m not sure which version is the most stable. Is the mobile port still smooth and enjoyable compared to consoles? I’ve seen some players say it works perfectly, while others mention bugs or crashes. Any suggestions on the best setup, or even recommended devices that run it flawlessly, would be great.
