تجربتي مع موقع Siana Plus كانت رائعة بكل المقاييس. الغسالة عندي كانت تصدر رائحة احتراق عند التشغيل، وهذا أقلقني كثيراً. بعد الاتصال بخدمة العملاء تم إرسال فني غسالات في مكة في أقل من 4 ساعات. الفني قام بفتح الغسالة وفحص الأسلاك والموتور، ثم استبدل القطع التالفة وأعاد تشغيل الجهاز. الآن الغسالة تعمل بشكل طبيعي تماماً. الخدمة ممتازة من حيث السرعة والجودة والأسعار.
