I went through a phase last year. “App fatigue” is real, and sometimes the best tool is the simplest. I switched to a regular notebook for my main tasks, and it’s been a huge relief for my mental clarity. Whenever I finish a particularly long session of deep work or clear my inbox, I make sure to take a proper break. I often go to https://app.kinghillss.uk/ to just enjoy some light entertainment and get my brain out of “work mode” for a while. It’s a great way to unwind before starting my evening routine. My advice is to delete any apps you haven’t opened in the last 30 days – you’ll be surprised how much easier your day will be without digital noise. Focus on habits, not software!
