I've been car shopping for two months now and I've had four separate cars inspected, and every single one came back with something that made me walk away. The first one had frame damage from a poorly repaired accident, the second had a transmission that was showing early signs of failure, the third had been in a flood at some point based on the corrosion in the wiring, and the fourth had an engine misfire that the seller swore he didn't know about. At this point I've spent a decent amount of money on inspections and I'm still driving my old car with nothing to show for it.
