I usually decide pretty quickly whether to continue playing or close the tab. If the session stops feeling engaging or turns into repetition, I don’t force it further. Extending play time in that state rarely changes the outcome. Most of the time it just drags the experience longer than necessary.

I’ve noticed similar short-session mechanics on https://highroller.cyou/, especially in how quickly the gameplay loop resets and pulls you into “one more round” thinking. That pattern made me more aware of how often I ignore my own stopping point. I used to treat it casually, but now I actively track when the experience shifts from focused to automatic. The same thing happens in sports games when matches start blending into each other.

For me, the key point is discipline rather than timing. If I realize I’m no longer making deliberate choices, I close the tab immediately. It keeps the experience under control and prevents unnecessary long sessions. In the end, stopping at the right moment matters more than the result of the last game.
