Ventilated crates for storing freshly coated parts?

We run a small powder coating shop in Sharjah and we're constantly dealing with the challenge of storing freshly coated parts while they cool down and off-gas before packaging. Right now we're using these solid plastic bins but I've noticed that sometimes the parts stick together or the coating gets slightly marred because there's no airflow and the parts stay warm for too long. A colleague suggested we try ventilated crates instead so the heat can escape more easily and the parts can cool evenly without touching each other too much. I've been looking at the Top Ventilated Crate supplier in Dubai and they seem to have some really sturdy options with good weight capacity, which is important because these metal parts are heavy. The slotted design looks like it would allow plenty of airflow while still keeping everything contained and organized. Has anyone in a similar industry tried this approach? I'm wondering about the durability with hot parts being placed directly into them multiple times a day, and whether the heat would cause any warping or deformation over time. Also, how do you handle cleaning them when powder residue or overspray builds up? I really want to improve our workflow and reduce the amount of rework we're doing due to coating damage during storage. Any insights would be really helpful before I commit to buying a bunch of these.
